Your journey with us
Your initial session is an opportunity to build connection, clarify your counselling goals, and understand your personal history to map out where you are and where you'd like to be. There is no obligation to continue, but subsequent sessions can be booked individually or in packages of six. You lead your journey, choosing to meet weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. If you need a break, you can always return as needed.
