Counselling for rangitahi and tamariki
We provide a gentle, person-centred space for children to explore their feelings and experiences. Our online sessions are designed to be engaging and supportive, helping young ones navigate challenges and grow. We are currently supporting rangitahi from 12 years and older. Please connect with us to discuss younger children and children with neurodiversity or intellectual disability.
Individual adult counselling
Our individual counselling sessions offer a 50-minute confidential and non-judgmental space for adults to address concerns, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal growth and wellbeing.
Convenient online sessions
Access professional support from the comfort of your own home, in Auckland or anywhere in New Zealand. Our online platform ensures privacy and ease, making counselling more accessible for your schedule. Sessions can be held via Teams, Zoom or by phone call.
